PUMP FACTOR LLC
Client Supplement Subscription Agreement

This Agreement is entered into by and between:

Pump Factor LLC, a fitness supplement company (hereinafter referred to as “Company”), and
[Client Name], a buyer purchasing from Pump Factor® (hereinafter referred to as “Client”).

1. Purpose of Agreement

This Agreement confirms the Client’s enrollment in Pump Factor LLC’s 3-month fitness supplement subscription program, designed to support performance, recovery, and overall wellness. The program is offered through partnerships with certified personal trainers and through the Pump Factor® website.

2. Subscription Terms

The Client agrees to a 3-month supplement subscription, consisting of monthly product shipments selected from the following lineup:

• Clients may mix and match products within their subscription plan.
  
  

• Product selections are made prior to the subscription start date and will be locked in for the 3-month duration.

4. Commitment & Cancellation

• The subscription is a 3-month commitment.
  
  

• No early cancellations are permitted.
  
  

• Subscription is auto-billed monthly.
  
  

• After 3 months, the subscription will be renewed automatically on a month-by-month basis unless cancellation is requested by the client 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.

5. Payment Terms

• Monthly billing is automatic and based on the product selection made at sign-up.
  
  

• Payments are processed via the card or method provided by the Client.
  
  

• Failed payments may pause shipments until resolved.

6. Fulfillment at Local Partner Gym/Not at Local Partner Gym

• Subscription orders placed at a local partnered gym will be delivered the following Friday after order placement.

• Subscription orders will be delivered to the location where our partnered certified trainers train the client at and will remain at the personal training bar until picked up by the client.

• If a product in the subscription is out of stock, the client may substitute a similar product at no additional cost, or may request to have the out of stock product charge suspended until the product is restocked.

• Once the product is restocked, the supplements selected in the subscription agreement will continue to be charged and delivered until the client requests cancellation for billing dates beyond the initial 3 month subscription term, or continue to be charged and delivered at the appropriate rate referenced in Sections 2 and 3 of this agreement for autorenewals after the initial 3 month term.

 

• Orders placed online and for delivery to locations other than our partnered gyms will be mailed to the address provided at checkout and adhere to our Shipping Policy (Link provided at webpage footer).

7. Product Use & Responsibility

• Client understands supplement use is at their own risk and results may vary.
  
  

• Client agrees to consult a medical professional before starting new supplements.

8. Liability Release

The Client releases Pump Factor LLC and any affiliated personal trainers from all liability related to supplement use or related fitness activities. This includes (but is not limited to) injury, illness, allergic reaction, or dissatisfaction with product results.

9. Image Release (Optional)

Clients may be photographed or recorded during optional events or challenges. By participating, Client grants Pump Factor LLC permission to use these images for marketing purposes. Clients may opt out by written request.

10. Marketing Email Consent

Client agrees to receive promotional emails from Pump Factor LLC and may unsubscribe at any time.

11. Entire Agreement

This is the complete agreement between Client and Pump Factor LLC. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
